​ALL SALES ARE FINAL.

​We want your live sale experience to be fun and straightforward! By claiming an item, you agree to the following terms:

• ​Commitment to Purchase: When you successfully claim an item during a live sale, it is immediately reserved for you and is considered a firm, binding commitment to buy.
• ​Payment Window: Full payment for all claimed items must be completed within 24 hours after the live sale concludes.
• ​Late Payment & Forfeiture: If we do not receive payment within the 24-hour deadline, your claim will be automatically cancelled (forfeited). Any deposits or pre-payments made are non-refundable and will be lost. The forfeited items will then be made available to other customers.
• ​Chargeback Policy: Claiming an item constitutes agreement to purchase under these final sale terms. Any attempt to file a chargeback in violation of this policy will be disputed using all available documentation, including proof of claim and policy agreement.
• ​Account Status: Customers who repeatedly fail to pay for claimed items or file unjustified chargebacks may be permanently blocked from participating in future sales.
